Which kind of innovations can be introduced in the Reception and Security services area?

Hello community, I'm a Master student at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Our research team is collaborating with a $46 billion engineering company to evaluate new technologies to apply to the Facility Management industry, focusing on Reception and Security services.
