Innovage Digital Photo Keychain

I have the software installed and I have the manual but can not get it to work properly. My computer does not recognize the USB for starters. The directions say that the keychain must be in "update" mode but it also says that it will continue saying "updating" Are these two the same?
Sometimes I can get to the screen to select photos and begin the process. Then I get a message that the Photoviewer is working offline and must close. What tha ***?
I didn't know it was online.

Please help.

I too have an Innovage photo keychain. BUT! The cd that came with it has been toasted - wavy lines all over the little cd. If somehow I could get a copy of the software from you, I would be happy to do what I can to help. But without the software, I'm dead. I have a computer tech living across from me, so he could help figure it out if I can't.

I was given a new one still in the package unopened, I finally had time to try it oout, but my computer will not let it work...

I have one from Sharper Image. It's only compatible with Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. Unfortunately, there are no drivers for this. This could be why yours isn't working either....

My aunt has one that I am trying to get working so I can save her pictures off of it and she had lost the driver cd for it. Try driverguide.com. They have just about every driver ever made for any operating system ever made. You may be able to find something useful there.

Hi carolb4, new to site, found it when wife bought me a Innovage digital photo keychain and no matter what, could not get it to work on my win 7 pc, googled problem and found this site as not alone with this problem,
actually solved problem by using old laptop with XP on it, software loaded straight away and the rest was easy,
hope this helps somebody else, cheers
