Time to make a choice here. If Samsung doesn't fix it, why keep a defective product?
Only Samsung and Brighthouse can fix this. But if you keep the set along with others, why would they fix it?
My smart tv is hooked up to Brighthouse digital TV and Internet. I have done the set up and located my cable provider and set it. It has found all the channels. But, it has never shown information in channel guide. I use it 99% for gaming. So, it only bothers me 1% of the time. I would still like it to work 100% of the 1%.
