Not much has changed so let's hear what you found about 4K gaming that moved the needle.

Hey everyone I am planning on building a gaming pc and I just need a parts list of a really good gaming setup. I need the it to be able to run 60-120 fps no problem and be able to run 4K no problem as well. I'm still pretty new to pc's so don't hate. I've got an Alienware right now that I spent 1,500$ on and I can't even run the new tomb raider on high settings when originally I wanted it to run on very high at 60 fps and instead I get about 30 fps on medium settings which is rediculous, and it's a laptop by the way. And right now I just wanna get a top of the line gaming desktop that can run any game on ultra with high fps and 4K. I wanna build one because I like the challenge and it gives me something to learn so all I need is a good parts list encluding a good 4K monitor and a good case (preferably corsair). Thanks in advance and sorry for being a noob at all of this. Oh and another important thing is that I'm gonna be recording the gameplay so I want my pc to be able to have no problem with that.
