Info on Copy Protected Cds

Hi, my name is Shea. And I'm interested in knowing if there's any type of program that will let you copy/burn "copy protected cds?" I'm interested in a good program (something as good as dvd x copy but for cds) and even something that might let me convert my music files.

I don't know if you need to know, but my OS is Windows XP Pro, my system is a Dell 2350. I'd appreciate any help i can get thanks.
