Info about firmware T-VALDEUC-2004.0 ? (Samsung TV)

There's a new firmware T-VALDEUC-2004.0.exe available for my Plasma PS50C6500.
But still no description about it (even inside the install folders).
Someone manged to get more details ?

From Polisch Samsung website, however describes 2002.0 but updates might be avilable:
