I wish I would have read your post before I dealt with these people... After ordering a camcorder, I received an email asking me to ''verify'' my purchase - even though the order had been fully paid, authorized and verified with American Express. It was actually a ''up-sell'' call - My salesman, Ted asked me if I wanted to purchase a battery, and cables. I declined and just said that I wanted the original model in it's un-opened manufacturer's packaging. He then asked if I was familiar with MALAYSIAN display characters and language... I told him that if it wasn't a US model in it's original packaging that I would not accept the delivery and would have Amex dispute payment. He laughed and said that it was already on it's way to me, fully paid for, and did I really expect to get a US model for ''that kind of price''. We'll see what happens, but I would caution anyone about dealing with this company. Any other comments? Best regards, Ryan
Ordered a digital camera with accessories. The extra battery I ordered (placed order via phone) was not there. Was referred to salesman by customer service, he said the larger capacity battery was packed in the box and took the place of the standard battery. Just one of several lies by the salesman. Back to customer service and told them I would dispute the credit card charge. Then was told they would send the battery which they did. Accessories received were cheap. I would never do business with them again.
