INFINITY or JBL

i need help. are the infinity beta series of speakers{beta 50,beta 20, beta c360 and the csw 10 sub} better or are the jbl northridge e series {e100, e 50, e 35 and an e 250 sub}better .also can two subs be attached to a 5.1 or a 7.1 ste up.my receiver is denon 3805.

I can't give an opinion here but I do know the JBL's are on a super closeout price right now. These two series of speakers look quite similar. However, it appears that the Inifnity's are quite a bit more expensive and sonically might be better, tough choice. The JBL's are definitely a best bang for the buck buy right now.

Yes, you can hook up two subs to any receiver. You are just connecting the line level out from the receiver to the subs. The amps in the subs are doing all the work. You would use a Y splitter to send the signal to both subs. Some brands of subs have a in and out line level jack for this purpose.

I agree with RR6!!! But it's your ears,,, can you go to store and spend sometime (2~3 hours)listing???

JBL & Infinity are the same company, just different divisions.

they are different brands still, they are both owned by harmon international, but the speakers are still different

SAYING INFINITY and JBL are the same, is the equivalent
as stating that H/K electronics are the same as MARK LEVINSON products. All four are part of the HARMON group.
