Infected PC generating DNS requests for irc.d0nth4ck.u

All OS types, win2k, winxp sp1, winxp sp2

The above mentioned dns query resolves to...
220.82.17.105 among several others

Sending what appears to be "Call Homes" on TCP port 61521

Well I have been having the same problem. I have gotten 3 viruses in the past few months.
