Independent review: FBI discipline system 'deeply flawed'

FBI's Discipline Practices Flawed, New Report Says.
By way of example, earier this week, it was revealed that a whistle-blower who called to the Bureau's attention the fact that many FBI agents had taken expensive items from the Twin Towers site as "souvenirs" had been dismissed, while only three of those involved had been refferred for "possible disciplinary action," without even a suspension: FBI Agents Told No More Souvenirs
