http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-31.html tells you how to configure incredimail to work with a Yahoo! Mail Plus-subscription ($19.99 a year).
Moreover, you get antivirus, antispam, addressguard, no promotions in your mail and 2 Gb of mailspace that you don't need if you use pop3. But it isn't free.
