incredimail installation help!

i have gone to the incredimail website to download & install the software, & each time it will get almost done with the installation, & then a box pops up, "select identity"; so i do that, but then i get an error message, "Critical error has occurred. Incredimail can not continue this session"

Can someone please please please help?

Bad/corrupt download?

It could be a corrupted file. Uninstall, then reboot, (to clear any remnants), then download the file again and try to install again.

Or it could be spyware/virus damage. Scan with your updated anti-virus and anti-spyware scanners and eject everything they find.

Without any details of your system and any other problems you have, that's all we can suggest.
