Incredimail Help

In the upper portion of this screen should be a line where you can type a "Search" topic. Simply typing in "Incredimail" will bring up a bunch of previous discussions about Incredimail. They should assist you in finding your solution:

if you have AOL, it will not work as AOL does not
support POP3MAIL
some nice tech helped me as i was going crazy

incredimail should list what IS Providers it works
with. virsus and firewalls have nothing to do it with it.

If you are using the free version of Incredimail, it is nasty and full of spyware/malware. I tried it once and NEVER again. I'll make do with my Yahoo! webmail

accessing the same server in Outlook Express (argh...). This will show if the problem is local to Incredimail, or a sign of an underlying problem that affects all email.

And tell more about your provider and protocol used. In fact, everything except your username and password.
