Incredimail

Nov 24, 2004 12:26AM PST

My wife does nothing but emails on the computer and originally I installed Incredimail for her, but it is all we use on both my laptop at work and home and also the home desktop. It is fun and you can be very creative. We have only a few friends and family that have trouble downloading our emails and they are so paranoid that their security settings are so tight you'd think they work at the Pentagon. Go for it, you'll enjoy emailing again. S.Haskill

lpoffth,

Thanks for the post about Incredimail but be aware that everyone has their own preferences and not all like the "doo dads" that come with that particular e-mail program..

Just a heads up here...those "tight security settings" are there for a reason. Make sure that you keep your computer secure as well. Be cautious about what you open in your e-mail program. Viruses and spyware can make a computer unuseable. Run a good, CURRENT antivirus program and use spyware removal tools frequently.

Hope this helps.

Not everyone enjoys or wants "creative e-mail". For those with dialup connections or an older computer, it can cause a slow download.
