based on what you told me, your graphics card is an intel extreme 2 graphics card, it is shared so it wastes 64 meg memory for the graphics display, you can remove the intel extreme graphics card(ask someone in cnet), and install a Real GRAPHICS CARD, because the intel exttreme graphics card isn't a graphics card but it is supposed to be built in to use your memory asa graphics card. I suggest an nvidia go graphics card.
Hi I bought an Acer Aspire 3002LCi, and it says that it comes with 256 MB of DDR, which I think is RAM. However in the system properties box that gives a basic rundown of my system, it says next to 1.6 Ghz that I only have 192 MB RAM. I want my full capabilities, so is there anything I can do to free up some RAM or do I have to buy some?
