Using IE 8 and win 7 professional.
In the top left corner there are two circled arrows above the word
' file "
Is there anyway to increase the size of the two circled arrows ?

You can decrease the monitor resolution, a Display setting available through the Windows 7 Control Panel, but that would increase the size of everything, not just those specific elements.

There is a way to increase the size of the two circled arrows but it will increase the size of the other icons.
Right click any part of the Toolbar and scroll down to Customize. Under Customize, check Use Large Icons.
