Honestly, the best help anyone can offer you is if they can convince you to get that crappy ME off of your PC and go with XP Pro.
I don't mean to sound like a wiseass, but how many millions of users have to recognize that XP is far superior before you catch up with us ?
Do yourself a favor, seriously - you'll thank yourself an hour later.

wizzy is right. I have a 4 year old Gateway running on a tiny HD (20GB) and an Athelon processor (no, not Pentium 4) and had nothing but agita with Windows ME which came with the computer. ME was so unstable, wierd, and balky I decided to install Windows XP (which is not advisable with my processor) anyway. WOW, what a difference. Not to mention your computer doesn't hang when an application doesn't work! Treat yourself and eliminate stupid unneccessary error messages and get Windows XP upgrade. Consider it an early Christmas or Haunakah gift to yourself. You will be happy and you deserve it. I am sure that error message for Outlook will be a thing of the past.
