When I click on Speakeasy and bring up the list, the sound from this video begins to play within a couple of seconds and I cannot turn it off without leaving SE. Weird.

It was a bad version of Flash. Try to update that.

It's YouTube HTML5. When I switch to Flash, this doesn't happen. I'll need to see there's an update to this one. It seems that FF updates often break some of its add-ons.

It appears to be connected to the FF HTML5 "Video Everywhere" extension as well. More investigation needed.

My idea was from the symptom and past experiences. It was an annoying bug in which the audio would keep playing even when you exited the browser.

Anyhow, drag on. (nod to United and truckers.)
