Inactive T-bird account

Alert: when at Get Mail in Thunderbird "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop.roadrunner.com responded: account is currently inactive." How can I reactivate?

It seems that you have not accessed your emails for a long time or some
issue from Road Runner

You can try to login to your email from www.webmail.tampabay.rr.com and then
change the password and again login

After that try to send some test emails to yourself

Now open Thunderbird and update the password then after try using
Thunderbird
