Clarification Request
I worry here.

There have been so many folk with no coding skils that have an idea. But without that background they can't find anyone to code it up.

Or they lack the funds to build the infrastructure or pay for the necessary tools.

PS. You won't be using Time Machine for your app title.

Time Machine is used by Apple and other companies.
