first off this looks like one of those sites that you order from and somone (whoever set it up ) gets a profit.

Since its *DIRECTLY* referancing BOL and Cnet, I would hope that this was approve by them.
And I would hope that any "profit" from this goes to a charity since BOL has no official merchandise options.

My old mans 2 cents :/
