In the market for a Digital Camera

Hello all I am in the market for a Digital Camera. I don't know much about them (if any) so I've come to the forums for some assistance!

I am looking for a camera to take stills with but also with video capabilities for online Vloging. I hope something like this is existent. I don't know what much of the (to me, jargon) information means on the websites so if you could recommend model numbers and developed information on that particular one I would be much obliged.
