In task manager users are showing up & I don't know where fr

Users would be sys Client name would be W-AC99EF4D47BA4 Session RDF-Tcp#_ OR I have had
sys - MAX -
I use remote desktop connection and after two users are on then that wouldn't work. I have a password on the remote access opening screen. Where are the users coming from and how can I stop them. I do keep Loging them off in task manager but when I'm not on site I can't do that. Any suggestions

Is .NET (any version) installed?

And go get HIJACKTHIS. Get your log file and do you understand each line?

I do have .NET CLR Data , CLR Networking , Data Provider for Oracle, and for SqiServer, >NET Framework. Am not sure where the Log file is on my computer you said I should look at?
