In need of help asap (nero cover designer)

by tobiassix / August 10, 2008 4:32 AM PDT

I have a problem with nero cover designer. It's a weird problem and hard to describe so I can only hope you'll understand :p. When I made a text in a textbox in ncd, suddenly the text disapeared. But not if I clicked it again on the box to edit it then the text is still there. Only when I want to print it and when i see the full page (fotos, text) all the text in the textboxes are invisible. It is not one document, but every document I open now from ncd has the same problem.
I hope somebody knows a solution.

Fixed one like that.

It turned out the person didn't have any printer driver installed. Also there was no default printer. You can research why this matters but in a nutshell, it has to do with how Windows renders a font.
