In the logs, which are generally hidden away from sight unless you know where to look for them, because there's really little to no value for 99.999% of users in those logs. Any particular reason you think you're the exception?

I looked online and saw that if you use the console application and look at the logs on the left side and click on the triangles to expand them, you look for daily.out, weekly.out and monthly.out and they will tell you the date and time of when the last time each one was run. You can also download an application like Onyx for Lion and that will tell you the last time each maintenance script was run and you can run them manually in case your computer is off during the hours of 3:15AM and 5:30 AM when they are run.
