If it was me

I would tell the mobo seller that the bios must be F10 or greater.
I would bin those 2 disk and just get a one TB ssd.
I would bump the cpu to 2400G.
Leave the gpu out of the mix for now.

How is it you can get w10 for 4 bucks?

i live in turkey and they sell it for as cheap as 3 bucks and w10 pro for 5-6
