by glenncz / October 20, 2006 1:10 PM PDT

Hello, I have a new HP R817 digital camera, and unfortunately I can't find the software disc that came with the camera. but I downloaded HP Photosmart Essential and I can import the pictures, I suppose this is what i needed. But when i click get images, it say the video image is corruped and nothing happens. I tried with Moviemaker but that says video capture device not detected. So what is the trick to get my video to my xp computer?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
