Import favorites from Google Chrome to Internet Explorer???

I just bought a new laptop and want to import my favorites from my old computer to my new one. I was using Google Chrome on my old computer and am currently using Internet Explorer 9 on my new computer with Windows 7.

I was able to create a chrome text file of my favorites and saved that to my flash drive, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get these favorites imported to my favorites folder without clicking on each one and individually adding them.

Can someone please, please, please steer me in the right direction, for I am getting very frustrated!!!
