IMenvironment problems

hi

I have yahoo messenger version 6.0.0.1750 (the latest) running on a windows xp home edition pc.Yesterday, while chatting with a friend of mine, we used one of the IMenvironments, unfortunately, the imenvironment did not load, and the whole application just hanged.

No matter how many times we restarted messenger on both sides, it"froze", and ceased to respond.

What can we do to overcome this problem.
