Image is Locked?

Jun 15, 2008 12:12AM PDT

Hi everyone I have a question for ya.

I recently purchased the Fuji S700, whenever I am uploading my pics to the computer about 4 or 5 of them will not upload. I get a pop-up box telling me that the image is locked.

I am pretty new at this so any help will be appreciated

Here is my system specs:
Fuji Fine Pix S700
Kodak 2gb Card
Windows XP

Thanx in advance

You have likely inadvertently protected some images.

It is possible to protect an image from being accidentally erased or copied.

Look in your Owner's Manual for your camera.

You can set/reset protect for individual or all pictures.

This is found in the playback menu.
Meaning you need to put your camera in Playback mode.
...that is the mode you use for viewing pictures on the LCD.

See page 92 (right side of the page)
(Setting The Playback Menu)

Then go to page 98 to see how to protect/unprotect frames (photos).

I suggest you "Reset All".
