Imac 20" screen swap

I need to know if I can replace the screen from a 20" iMac G5 "iSight" model into a 20" iMac G5 late 2006 ( 2.16gHz ) model.

Thanks

Best I can do on this one is probably,

You may have a problem with the connections but I believe the actual LCD is exactly the same in both machines

Doesn't look like it

Apple's service website only lists the 20" iSight as using that particular display panel, and there are two different display panels for the 20" Late 2006 model, so no. They use different connection methods and will not be compatible.

I bow to the Service Web site,

and its in depth information.
