Question

I'm not sure if this is the problem of Chrome or Windows 10.

There's this sound when I open Chrome, but I think this might the problem of Windows because I tried to fix my keyboard yesterday. Maybe I clicked on something on Control Panel?

- What sound? I don't hear anything if I read your post.
- You tried to fix your keyboard yesterday. What keyboard (internal laptop keyboard or an external keyboard? What was wrong with it? Did you get it fix?
- What is the relationship between your fixing something and the Control Panel?

I tried to fix my keyboard by fixing it in Control Panel and making some modifications. I showed the video because these are a bunch of sounds on Windows 10, and the sound I heard appeared to be Speech On or Speech Sleep.

I was fiddling around on Devices in order to fix some software problem on the keyboard, and then something wrong happened.

Then maybe System Restore is a solution.

It didn't exactly sound like Speech Sleep or Speech On.
