Question

Im being told by my ISP, that they can't help me.

Jul 20, 2015 5:45AM PDT

Im with Optus and living 5 minutes outside of Adelaide and were are getting shocking internet speeds. We're paying for a maximum of 20MB, but getting between 200kb/s-2MB/s. I used to be with Adam internet and then switched to Optus, when Adam told us that they couldn't fix it. Now Optus is telling us the same thing. We have had technicians come out and tell us that they have replaced everything that can be replaced, but we haven't had any changes in speed.

Does anyone have any idea of what else I can do, or where else I can look to find an answer?

I'm at a huge loss here and I can't get a straight answer out of any of my ISP's.

Did they show you it working well with say the tech's own laptop?

Maybe there's something in the lines or your PCs but without them showing you which it is, no one can tell what to do next except figure out where the issue is.
