Sad Samsung Complaint !!!!!
by Patricia Brooks 2:30 p.m. 4/19/2018
I want to vent my Samsung experience because I am too frustrated with a Samsung product and their customer service. I purchase a reasonable expensive (over $1,900) washer and dryer that was on sale, OMG because I thought it would be better than the generic GE products. And I liked all the bells and whistle the washer and dryer had. I got it delivered to my house and the installer just turned it on to show that the washer worked or so I thought. Since I had never used a Samsung washer and dryer before, I didn't know why my washer was shaking and making so much noise. After two loads of washing, I realized something had to be wrong. I went to the Nex where we purchase the washer from, they told me to adjust the legs, I did that after two washing it still was doing the same thing. I called Samsung Customer Service two days after to report the defect, two days after my washer and dryer was delivered (my big mistake). I should have called the Nex and asked them to replace my washer and dryer. Samsung Customer Service was nice in providing me with a repair company and the company did contact me the same day. The tech showed up to my house on our scheduled date at 10:30 am, when he came in he told me that he had a lot of these same washers that customers were complaining about. The tech looked under the washer and said the housing and leg was bent, the washer couldn't be fixed Samsung don't have warranty's on physical damage and they won't repair or replace. I've been calling them every week since 9-19-2017 until today 4-19-2018. The Tec was straight up with me, I felt that since the washer hadn't worked right since I purchased it, they should've replaced it. I called Samsung and complain that I should get a replacement since I had just purchased within 14 days. They transferred me to the Executive Relations department (no public relation) for a further assistant to replacing my washer and dryer. They gave me a transaction number and tried to resolve the problems. Each time I call for status, I get a new answer why my request wasn't approved or what additional information I was missing. Eight months later, I have been rejected 6 times for a replacement, I went back to the Nex and they're replacing my washer and dryer. Now I'm waiting for my new washer and dryer, from the Nex now I'm wondering who's going to fix my tile that this washer has damaged? As for Samsung products, I will tell everyone about them forget about the bells and whistle the washer and dryer has, I rather deal with a company with a great reputation instead of bells and whistles. I've learned, GE here I come, what're their excuses now? As to why they won't replace it since I provided them with everything except my DNA that I purchase the product. I am now on a Samsung products protest and ready to fight I want to cut my loss and pay someone to fix my floor they're going to pay dearly. Cry
