ilo mp3 player resume function?

Dec 30, 2004 3:18AM PST

My ILO mp3 player always goes back to track 1 after a power off/on. I set it up in menu to resume from current track but it always goes back to the first track. Anyone else having this problem?

ilo 256 MP3 from Walmart

Yes, My sister is having the same problem (always returning to the first song after powerdown) I am looking for updates to resolve this problem and the only thing preventing me from buying this MP3. Although unadvertised, this MP3 player also works as a flash drive with an expandable memory (although the SD card cannot be played from, it can be used for stroage)which is really cool. I am still shopping but I think she'll keep it.

Thanks for the info NAUG, I just found out from ILO tech support that this is a known bug and they will be releasing a firmware update sometime in January (date unknown) to correct the problem. Just has me a bit ticked off that they release the player with the menu function active and documentation saying how to set it, only to discover it doesnt work! Are you sure about the SD card, I thought the whole point was to triple the initial song capacity by buying a memory card ?
