iHP-120(H120) or Cowon Iaudio M3?

I am looking to buy a new mp3 player and I have found the H120 and the Iaudio M3. They both seem to have just about the same features, but which it better? I need to know if anyone has ever owned one and tell me which one they think I should get. I really need your advice.
