I suppose the only way to make the frame contents visible to the Search Engine would be by exposing the direct link for iframe contents to SE. You can carry on using iframes while search engine will point visitors directly to the page link containing the data you have inside your iframes.
You can also chose to use some server side method to bring the contents in a normal page rather than iframes.
What you CANNOT do here is hide the link where contents are coming from and pretend the address as the main link. A very good reason for this is that it could end up with indifinite loop and could exploit the mechanism.
