If you can't drive and do it, don't do it

When I come up behind a car on the freeway, it becomes very obvious and very quickly that there mind is not on the road. In the morning it is normally one of 2 things, cell phone or makeup. In the afternoon it is cell phone or eating. The real issue is not that these things are done in the car, it is that people pick in appropriate times to do them. I want emphasize "in appropriate" part. We are all guilty of in attention, but it is our job as car drivers to either stop to do things or wait until we are not a hazard to other people on the road.
