If you have the install media, the time, drivers and understand it's a wipe out and clean install.

Why do this?

Yes.

IF you have the media, the drivers and understand that this is far from an automatic install. Then you are ready.

But can I ask three questions?

1. Why do this?
2. Have you installed Windows before?

Then you have a few items missing and won't be doing this.

Without the OS, drivers this can't be done. It's not that you are not capable but you don't have the OS and drivers so the answer is no.

Remember that there is no "changing" from 64 to 32 or back in Windows. It's a wipeout and fresh install. Many are not ready to do that.

There may be a disconnect in the question here.

So far I've not seen a way to change Windows 7 from 64 to 32 bit without a little work.
