If it is legal to go from Dvd- Iphone now? Itunes-DVD?

I know it is legal to do Dvd- to anything you own as long as you don't share or sell now, but is it legal to take the watermark off Itunes movies, tv shows, and music? Also, if it is or isn't, is there a software that does without corrupting the files, or tipping Apple off?
