a good web designer

To be a good web designer, there are some tips I'll give you:

1. Avoid Flash!
2. Use Cascading Style Sheets to control layout and positioning.
3. Avoid nested tables; use single tables sparingly.
4. Avoid or modify javascript drop-down menus.
5. Use alt attributes for relevant graphic images.
6. Don't rely on icons or images to communicate, especially in navigation.
7. Keep visual design clean and simple: No frames!
8. Make sure your information design is solid and logical.
9. Check your site with online accessibility tools, like WAVE.
10. Run your site through a screen reader or try to navigate it using only keyboard navigation; ideally, enlist differently-abled people to test your site and give feedback on its usability.

I think all these websites are related to same company.

1.www.churchikon.com (church category),
2.www.hypesalons.com (salon category),

The OP asked how to become a webdesigner. I'm afraid he won't find that a good way to earn money if he limits himself to using these end-user tools (meant for laymen to make a website in a dedicated website builder.
