Hi,

I would like an if formula which says the follow.

If R2 is blank then P2-H2

If R2 isn't blank then R2-H2

=if(isempty(r2),p2-h2,r2-h2)

What's the problem here? It's all in Excels function wizard.

You seem to have a circular expression here.

If R2 is blank then P2-H2

If R2 isn't blank then R2-H2

What cell do you want the result entered in, because if it is R2, then if "R2 isn't blank fill it with R2-H2" will not work. R2 would fill itself with itself -H2, then fill itself with itself-H2, etc. A circular formula.

Is your expression R2-H2 incorrect?

Mark

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
