IE7 menu bar

I know that to bring up the menu bar in IE7, you hit the Alt key on the keyboard. How do you make it stay?

It's under Tools...

Along the right-hand side under the search bar click Tools and select "Menu Bar." That will make it permanent, even after relaunching IE7, until you uncheck it.
