IE

I can no longer use IE without going thru Microsoft edge. If I try to go direct only get blank screen with error message IE has stopped working. Click cancel and keeps coming back to error.

Set IE as default browser

Hi,

Follow these steps to set IE as your default browser.
Open Control Panel - Programs - Default Programs - Set Default Programs.
On the left select Internet Explorer and click on Set this program as default.
Click on OK and you are all set.

I had it set as default browser. Put in sleep mode when woke up explorer would with error Windows explorer has stopped. click cancel repeats error Windows tech signed in remotely and took control 1 1/2 - 2 hours
