Question

IE with Windows 10

I can't use internet explorer Independent of Microsoft edge. When IE opened Get error message Internet explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close program and notify you if a solution is available. Close program button. When hit this goes through cycle over each time selected. Must exit program and then select close program to remove error message. I have read many replies as solutions none worked.

was there a choice you select? One was MS setting and the other was your current setting, so with the current sitting, you are still getting edge? If that's the case then that's probably how it must be.

..have you tried simply resetting IE like this: Open the Control Panel, then the "Internet Options" icon, then the "Advanced" tab. Click on the "Reset" button at the bottom of the page and then select "Yes/OK", when it asks "Are you sure you want to do this?".

How to Fix Internet explorer has stopped working

Open Internet Explorer.Click on Tools menu (Press "alt" Key to active menu bar).
Click On Internet Options. a configuration window you will appear
Click on advanced tab. Click on Reset Button. You'll get an another box, check a box named as Delete Personal Settings than Click on Reset button on it.

Click the Start Button > Control panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options
( you will get a configuration window) Click on advanced tab Click on Reset Button
you'll get an another box, here check the box named as Delete personal Settings than click on Reset button
