When I brought up IE 6 I got a window with a Microsoft Title asking to download an IE update. I cancelled and it came back the next time. I assume this is something bad. If it's already been reported, I couldn't find it.

Didn't see a number. My reason for posting is that I have been led to believe that Microsoft does not do stuff like that. It is up to us to do Windows Update or have it set to update itself.
