IE toolbar help needed asap please...

I now have the windows live toolbar (search, MSN,Faves,pc health, spaces, email, form fill etc, etc,...)...in addition to the IE toolbar (lists home, feeds, print, tools, help)...

I cannot figure out how to turn off the older IE toolbar and leave the windows live toolbar...any help is greatly appreciated...
THNX!

Maybe...

RIGHT click on a blank area of the toolbars at the top of the screen, then UNCHECK the appropriate toolbar.

Hope this helps.

naaahhh...but thanks...

I've tried all the obvious stuff that I can think of...I mean, the normal procedure kinda' things...and have gone into the 'HELP' section...did a search...several searches for every comination of toolbar(s)...IE....IE7...etc, etc...but nothing...Its just having the duplicate tools taking up space on the browser...If I could get rid of the older toolbar...I'd have an extra 1/4 inch of browser space....

Manage Add-ons?

Did you check to see if the toolbar is listed in the Manage Add-ons list? If it's there, you should be able to disable it. It's worth a look if you haven't done so already.

WOAAAHHHH!!!!

hey man...I just did what you suggested...and its a bit overwhelming (to me)...I'm an artist-type and cant write a line of code...the manage add-ons...is a little beyond my ability to know whats going on behind the scenes...if someone could tell me what to look for as far as the two different but kinda' the same IE toolbars...I can do it I bet...but there are like 100 things listed there...most of which I've never heard of...thanks again...
