ie security certifcates

Just did a rebuild loaded win 7 pro 64 bit. All board drivers etc.
Every time I try to go to any web page I get the security certificate stopping me. Cant even do win updates. But msn and bing sites open well. cant download google or fire fox either. Anybody have a clue.

Make sure the date and time is properly set in the BIOS. This can cause a problem with certificates if the date is incorrect
