Looks like you can boot some Live OS DVD (Linux mint or other) download the Window installer for your browser then reboot and install your browser.

Just did a rebuild loaded win 7 pro 64 bit. All board drivers etc.
Every time I try to go to any web page I get the security certificate stopping me. Cant even do win updates. But msn and bing sites open well. cant download google or fire fox either. Anybody have a clue.
