Well, first off, you should read this ?sticky? about where to post your HighJackThis logs: http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6132_102-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=255339&messageID=2533167 It usually takes them a little while to respond.

In the meantime, you should look at: Start/Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs, and review what you have installed. Sometimes, things get installed that we don?t want and this will cause such things as popup?s etc. So no matter what you do, they are ?installed? and they need to be uninstalled. If your not sure, post back or do a Google search.

Next, try one or all of the following free online scans, get rid of whatever they find:
A-Squared On Line Trojan Scan -- http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/
BitDefender On Line Scan -- http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
Ewido On Line Scan -- http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/
F-Secure On Line Scan -- http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml
House Call Anti-Virus http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
Kaspersky http://www.kaspersky.com/kos/eng/partner/default/kavwebscan.html
In some cases, if you have System Restore turned on, these scans will find stuff that they can?t get rid of because they are behind the ?wall? of system restore. They will be located in, for instance, something like: C:\windows\system volume\system restore or some such. Therefore, you will need to turn off system restore, run your scans, and when everything is clean, turn system restore back on.
Good luck,
Eddie
