Which IE version?

Try removing the update and see if it solves the issue.

I have tried several times. The uninstall stops. I receive an err message saying not able to copy a file and have to gives me the option to either retry, cancel. Either selection will repeat 3 times then cancel the uninstall.

I have also tried to restore and it dosn't help.

Again, which version of IE do you have.If its IE7 there are known issues and it might be best to revert back to IE7.

Or try FIREFOX

Its not wise to post your e-mail in a public forum, and members don't respond via e-mail since it is against policy.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
